Shock-metal titans GWAR are hitting the road this spring for their “Gor-Gor Strikes Back” U.S. tour, bringing the kind of theatrical mayhem only they can deliver. Known for over-the-top costumes, gallons of fake blood, and outrageous onstage antics, GWAR is set to turn venues into chaotic metal playgrounds from March 19 through April 29, 2026.

Joining the carnage are groove metal veterans Soulfly as direct support, with Australian grindcore maniacs King Parrot opening the shows—making this a must-see lineup for fans of extreme music.

Frontman Blöthar the Berserker teased fans with the usual brand of chaos: a “ritual orgy of death, sex, violence, and rock and roll.” Expect grotesque creatures, political satire, shocking theatrics, and of course, plenty of fake blood flying through the air.

The tour hits major cities nationwide, including Boston, Chicago, Portland, and Houston, before wreaking havoc on the West Coast with stops in Sacramento, Los Angeles, and San Diego. West Coast fans, especially, should brace for packed venues and an unforgettable sensory assault.

For over four decades, GWAR has fused thrash, punk, and shock rock into a singular live experience that defies convention. With “Gor-Gor Strikes Back,” they’re proving once again that when it comes to blending music, satire, and sheer spectacle, nobody does it better—or bloodier.

Whether you’re a longtime fan or just curious about the madness, GWAR’s 2026 spring tour promises one thing above all: pure, unrelenting metal chaos.
