SEBASTIAN BACH Wants To Make A Christmas Album: It's Not Gonna Be 'Jingle Bells' With Electric Guitars'

Sebastian Bach aims to record a classic Christmas album and reflects on fan support during ongoing tours.

Former SKID ROW frontman Sebastian Bach revealed his intention to produce a Christmas album that deviates from typical rock versions, opting instead for a piano and organ-based sound reminiscent of the songs he performed in an Anglican church during his youth in Peterborough, Ontario. He emphasized that it would not be a standard rendition with electric guitars but a traditional collection of vocals and instruments.

In a recent interview, Bach also discussed the powerful impact his music has had on fans, noting that strangers often approach him in public places to express their love and gratitude. This consistent and sincere fan engagement has been a remarkable and ongoing experience for the singer throughout his career.

Looking ahead, Bach announced a 2026 North American tour titled "The Party Never Ends," featuring support from STITCHED UP HEART, a band he originally planned to tour with in 2020 before the pandemic. His current solo band includes his son Paris Bach on drums, along with Bruiser Brody DeRozie and Fede Delfino.

Bach has recently performed SKID ROW’s debut album in full during his Australian tour and released his latest solo album, "Child Within The Man," in 2024. The album has received positive reviews and features collaborations with notable musicians such as John 5, Steve Stevens, Orianthi, and Myles Kennedy.

Aside from music, Bach has appeared on television, including Food Network’s "Worst Cooks In America Celebrity Edition" and an A&E "Biography: Rock Legends" special. "Child Within The Man" marks his first album in over a decade, reaffirming his enduring presence in the rock world.
