The legendary frontman teams up with his son for a groundbreaking new track as he prepares for a busy year ahead.

In a heavy metal landscape where legends continue to carve their paths, Iron Maiden’s own Bruce Dickinson has emerged once again, this time with exciting revelations about his upcoming solo album, set to drop early next year. Fresh off the heels of his recent vocal recording sessions, Dickinson took to social media to share a behind-the-scenes glimpse, showcasing a selfie in the vocal booth alongside producer Brendan Duffey. He quipped, “Finished vocals for the new album today... Now he’s off to mix it in Florida.”

But that’s not all; during a recent interview at San Diego Comic-Con with TalkShopLive’s Steve Harkins, Dickinson unveiled that his new project will feature a collaboration with none other than his son, Austin. The pair have been bouncing creative ideas off each other, and Austin’s contributions have made a significant mark on the upcoming record. “He’s a musician as well, and he’s a great singer,” Bruce enthused, recounting Austin's musical journey with bands like Rise To Remain and As Lions.

As they continue to work together, Dickinson can't help but express his pride in Austin’s creativity and determination. “He wrote a tune for me on my new record... and it’s gonna be one of the key tracks on the record,” he stated, hinting at the familial magic that will undoubtedly resonate throughout the album. The collaboration promises to bring a fresh perspective to Dickinson’s already storied career.

Further fueling the hype, Dickinson has promised fans that they will get a taste of the new tracks before the album's release, with plans to shoot several music videos this month. “Tracks will be out this year... At some point, I’m shooting four or maybe five videos for it,” he revealed. As the metal world anticipates the sonic onslaught that is to come, Dickinson’s relentless work ethic and creative spirit set the stage for an electrifying year ahead, proving that true rock and roll never dies.

For those eager to keep their fingers on the pulse of heavy metal, it’s time to buckle up; Bruce Dickinson is about to take us on another wild ride.
