Up and coming Atmospheric Technical Death Metal group Burial In The Sky (Ft. Decrepit Birth drummer Samus Paulicelli) premiered a stunning new track today. called "Anchors". It's the second single to be released thus far from their forthcoming full-length, Persistence Of Thought, which is due for release on November 4th.

As a whole, "Anchors" draws more from the progressive death metal side of their sound than the technical death metal spectrum of things. Starting off slow and easy in an almost ambient and light way, the song then transforms into a raging full-throttle beast. Frequently tempering its aggressive nature with cerebral guitar leads and phenomenal rhythm riffing amidst Samus Paulicelli's (Decrepit Birth) engaging drum performance.
