GWAR has issued the following statement:

"Todd Evans, talented musician and portrayer of Beefcake the Mighty, bass player for the legendary Gwar, has announced he is leaving the band after five years of invaluable service. Yearning for his true instrument, guitar warrior Todd will continue to jam with his new band, MOBILE DEATH CAMP. Todd was without a doubt the most physically intimidating Beefcake Gwar has ever known, and truly made the character his own with his sharp wit and broad acting range. Todd was a true Gwarior and will be sorely missed."
