Anciients Unleash a Metal Tsunami Across Canada and Beyond
The progressive metal juggernauts Anciients are gearing up to decimate stages across Canada this summer, fresh off a massive coast-to-coast tour with the fierce Cancer Bats. This heavy-hearted band is ready to unleash their sonic assault in cities like Toronto, Ottawa, and Quebec City, culminating in their headlining slot at Mosh The Rock and an appearance at Progstorm. Joining the Vancouver natives on this metallic pilgrimage are the atmospheric Unreqvited, the haunting Dawn Of Ouroboros, the deathly Exist, and the ethereal Grey Lotus.
As September rolls in, Anciients will be commemorating the 10th anniversary of their game-changing debut album, Voice Of The Void, with a monumental show at the Rickshaw Theatre. Presented by The Invisible Orange, this event promises to be a highlight in a year already bursting with accolades. Their sophomore effort, released in 2018, snagged the coveted Juno Award for Metal/Hard Music Album of the Year, and their latest opus, Beyond The Reach Of The Sun, continued that legacy, earning the same honor.
