All my life, I've lived by the word

Yet now I stand abandoned by the Lord

A crimson pentagram etched into my sight

A vile tormenting parasite

For all the Sins I've abstained

Temptations avoided,My life devouted

Yet this symbol of red still remains

My soul assailed, the priests have failed

They all have died, tears of blood they cried

The exorcist, the crucifix, a useless fight they lost that night

...and as I stare down the blade

I'm breathing fear, yet the decisions made

and now I beg for the courage,

for this sickening self-induced purge

I am Besieged by Demons (2x)

Excruciating pain shoots right through me

As the blade is plunged repeatedly

Blood pours down my face

The source of my own torment I now taste

Hanging by a thread of cartilege

I tear the eye from it's socket

as the floor turns sanguinous

I soon awake with half my sight

fully triumphant in this fight

But I quickly realize, that it didn't disappear

The Evil Omen is still here
