in my eyes

Light a fire

and breath the smoke

Engulf your in flames

Immolation of the body,

returning to the flesh

Into the void I follow,

myself inside of death

Navigate the human eye,

on seas of consciousness

Slowly blinking back to life

Encircling the iris

Lucidity as violence

Visual axis blurred

Orbital muscles spasm,

misfired nerves

Wading through optic fluid,

corneal curves

Are these hallucinations,

unconscious thought

Inherited psychosis,

or just distraught

Paralyzed post-overdose

my eyes begin to glaze

Dripping with embalming fluid

denatured pre-cremation

Abstraction of the optic fibers

inside of the flame,

like fractal fragments filtered

through a melting hourglass

A grave illusion, vision distorts

a molten pool of logic,

solidifying my sight
