Eating away at my sanity

But still I continue on

Trapped in this sleepless dream

Madness permeates the air around me

This blight of horror festers

Disease burrowed deep within my mind

Sense of self rendered useless

Subconscious autonomy

Binds me to the motions of my feet

Could this be a manifestation of my sick fantasies?

Perhaps a culmination of each one of my horrific deeds

Bloodshot eyes

My body deprived of my vitality and my sanity

Condemned

Imprisoned within this vision of endless torment

Shall I never come to know?

The nature of the malicious will that confines me here

Suffocating panic and confusion

Have smothered my hope

Of any chance to reverse this curse
