I left the earth

In search of peace

And a release

It was a fantasy

Something I had to see

No pollution

Or corruption

So I deserted

My home planet

Somewhere to live

Where nobody ran it

When I got out there

Little did I know

There would be lifeforms

I'd have to overthrow

Traveling in space

Wandering through time

What's this I've come across?

Must be an alien enzyme

Try to sneak a glance

Now I have no sight

From the blistering heat

I have lost my eyes

In colour...

I am losing my soul

Swallowed by the black hole

Unknown has won

Returns to sun

When I got out there
