Big Pharma's cesspool, pills like dung,
Fentanyl feast, on tongues it's hung.
Zombies squat, in filth they sit,
Excreting life, bit by bit.
Dollar bills, wiped clean with pain,
Their toxic sludge, flows in our veins.
Bowel-deep in their deceit,
Their corporate stench, we can't defeat.
Pills grind down, like grinding waste,
In their greed, a putrid taste.
Humanity, the toilet bowl,
Big Pharma flushes, takes its toll.
Sewers swell with our despair,
While they count profits, unaware.
Each pill popped, a flush of life,
In their latrine, we're steeped in strife.
