Lost for words to bear all the pain we share. So cruel, remains ineffable. Wilted thoughts, all fall like leaves from the trees. My body turns to light. Inhabit the silence and fill it with my voice. Learn to love these wounds, and crave their companion. All disappears, only flesh remains. In the dark, I will wait for a new sunrise, in a different time, anywhere but here. All we are is a dream within a dream. All we are is the heirs of nothing. I see the dusk as phantoms over me, and way beyond the glare of the seas. Weak and pale, bathed in this majestic glint, I give in to the faint gloaming embrace. Over the calm waves, I feel the caress of the night, slowly cradling me staring at my dying eyes. And the wind still blows, the flowers still bloom.
