Through the ruins of a vanished civilization

A background noise

A thin light far away

The closer I come the brighter it becomes

I hide myself not to be seen

A big fire all around

A legion of monster that rock themselves

Dancing through the night

Alleviating their pain

Limbs are already dead

Bleeding in their tombs

The air is heavy and I’m out of breath

I fall down exhausted in that hole

The dust of earth covering me

Is the cradle of my rest

I stand up confused and notice that

The rhythm is more locked and spasmodic

The living stopped the ritual
