Across the way of heaven

I came to rule the night

I watched the cities burn

I watched the children cry

And all the walls around me

I broke them down - I am alive!

My eyes reflect agony

My soul is condemned to die

Veil of darkness rising

Covers my endless cry

I made my way through darkness

My future shall unfold

Like fire from the sky

Like pain inside my soul

And will this story end

Like every script - in my life?

Dispelled the endless illusions

That lie within my mind

I starred with the eyes of my soul

And saw your wicked lies

Pain, fear and greed

Arise from my soul in pain

Unchained now I see

My cries were not in vain
