Save your own dignity keep others at a distance

Keep your behaviour autonomy

respect the others and be tolerant with

other men's convictions and weaknesses:

don't humble yourself, don't flatter, don't crawl.

Don't look down of the other even

if they're nullity deservin' contempt

but keep away from social climbers,

informers, slanders and too sharp men

look at yourself from cravens'n'meddler

but give everyone the right,

go out from wicked men society

without the arrogance to be straight.

argue but don't ramble

explain but don't preach

don't reply if no one ask you

if you can do without others help avoid it!

for a voluntary service

don't expect for praise,

promise only if you

you're sure to keep it.

if you promised keep

your word at any cost,

don't try to be clever,

don't take in, don't plot.

Try to be a conscientious worker

be up to the culture of your time.

It will give you a minimum defenses

and inner impression to be in right.

don't follow the crowd's moods and ideas

act basing your own true beliefs,

ignore all official character,

don't share the power and don't worship it.

Don't come in conflict with the power

by your own initiative.

but don't allow it anything ignore the official ideology,

don't share the power shows even as an onlooker

but accept the brotherhood of men who thinks,

feels, acts as you in full respect
