By trident, sword, and scythe
The head consumes the tail
Towers collapse in the fire’s light
Conflagration growing pale
Plastic diadems upon heaping ash
The giant’s hand turns the wheel
Bullets fly as the blades clash
Bone, blood, fire, and steel
Dying gods are laid to rest
As their magnificence fades
Golden means are long repressed
Pillars of fire cascade
Cascade upon the earth
Burning brighter than the sun
The sun is at its furthest point
No longer shining on us
A spoke on the wheel, eternal return
A golden dawn will rise
A seed is sown, the fire dies
Life is purified
The great king returns to the depths
The ocean swallows the sword
The sea silences the flame
By trident, sword, and scythe
Broken kingdoms crumble
By the pale king’s howling might
Idols cast down and trampled
A blazing crown is raised above
It’s jewels become the stars
And streak across the endless night
Into the spiral’s embrace
A new race awakens
From the ash upon the wind
With skin as pale as fire
Thundering across the void
As monoliths to the new era
Furious and beautiful
Fons of fire, blood, and steel
A bloodline of giants
