(Music by Kosmos Reversum
Lyrics by Lord J. H. Psycho)
Toxins feast on vivid fragments of lucidity
Sensitively crafted third millennium darkness
Faces and fingers sink in this soil
Utter bereavement transpires to pollute
But when the smoke has cleared and the dust has settled
What screen will shelter our naked features from themselves?
Far beyond the fickle concerns
That devour our restless hours
Are horizons we can never discern
Not even from our highest towers
Here breathe the dynamic foundations
The cycles that dwarf all our joys and woes
Above our triumphs and tribulations
On and on the currents flow
When constellations sink in the black depths of reversal
And the breath of guiding winds subsides forever
Where are we headed?
So small and frail is all we have to hold on to
Traversing storm-whipped oceans clinging to drifting splintered boards
The essence communes in eloquent tones
Yet insufficiency shrouds our sight
So we shiver down to the bones
Like waifs recoiling from the oncoming night
The basis of experience is constant becoming
To run through given time as given time runs through us
Yet in the wake of the ever resonating quiet
The seemingly tremendous relinquishment would emerge as liberating
For nothing is worth striving for but a moment of illumination
To outlive every sun, brighter than light itself
