Full of unrelentless strife

Longing for an education, striving for a PhD

From a life of stricken grief, poor and starved, low self-esteem

He’s driven to proceed,

with killing in this war that’s fought for power, lust, and greed

Raining chunks of human flesh

Devastating bloody mess

Vital fluids spray and splatter

Sickening thud of remnant matter

Raining chunks of decimated skulls

Harrowed bones in dampened tainted soil

Anguished cries echo demise

Deafening silence, traumatized

Raining chunks of fear and sacrifice

Blackened vision

Now it’s time to die

Explosions sear the gray collapsing sky

Trampled, mangled carnage, horrifying sight

Cascading glow of red reveal a lighted path of blown-off heads

Panic sets in his frame of mind, shocked into oblivion

Hell bound to a nightmare full of pain

In this blood-stained domain, there is no escape
