Volcanic action shakes the ground

already bursting; shattering.

Consciousness abandoned; mind melts;

seeping from cracked skulls.

Rupture of all context

chaos engulfs all; roaring anarchy.

Whips fuel the machine

going at full speed; soon to break down.

Agonizing despair on the burning mayhem

total demise of your world.

Deconstructing symbols of peace

havoc permeates the night.

Uncontrollable fear shakes the ground

through the tears you see the dawn (of your hope?)

A furious pounding on your hope;

do you see an end without death?

A moment of silence, a second of hope

devastated by the sight of a blackening sun.

Light disappears, life capitulates

under the reign of torment and earth;

the Infernal Upheaval's iron grip.
