Pandora's Box Lyrics

Under the light of the moon and the stars of the night, they shine so bright

Yet all this beauty she cannot enjoy for her mind, won't rest tonight

What mysteries lie within this?

Divine gift or a curse?

Voices they becon me closer

What harm could come from a little peak?

Crafted by the gods so perfect,

Shaped with hands of skill divine.

Every gift, a precious treasure,

Beauty meant to shine and blind.

Yet beneath the flawless surface,

Darkness lurked in sweet disguise.

For within her hands lay ruin,

Sealed behind eluring eyes.

The play was set for Zeus's wrath

Placing the cursed box in her path

Pandora’s Box will bring terror and blight,

Shadows will rise to devour the light.

Curses unleashed from the depths of the night,

Echoing screams as the world is defiled.

Fingers trembling, breath unsteady,

Curiosity took its hold.

Lifting high the lid so gently,

Unleashing doom from days of old.

Winds of sorrow swept before her,

Wailing voices filled the sky.

Sickness, torment, pain unending,

Tore the earth with vengeful cries.

Yet as the horrors fled her sight,

Small glow of light remained inside.

Pandora’s Box will bring terror and blight,

Shadows will rise to devour the light.

Curses unleashed from the depths of the night,

Echoing screams as the world is defiled.

Disease & Plagues, War & Bloodshed, Famine & Starvation,

Hatred & Malice,Greed and envyPride and Oppression

Pain and death Deceit and lies Insanity and madness

Revenge and wrath Betrayal and fear Hardship and suspicion

Pandora’s Box will bring terror and blight,

Shadows will rise to devour the light.

Curses unleashed from the depths of the night,

Echoing screams as the world is defiled.

Famine and war, will plague in their wake,

The pillars of order will shatter and break.

Yet in the dark, a whisper remains,

Hope, like an ember, resisting the chains.
