At the break of dawn under a clear blue sky The heroes assemble for the quest of their lives The Argo sets sail on a perilous sea Not ever knowing what the waves will bring Through tides of fate and tempest wild Seeking the Fleece Amazed and beguiled Reaching the shores of Lemnos filled with temptation Testing the power of will and determination The Argonauts linger there for many a day Choosing the righteous path before the it's too late For the mission to succeed in time They have to be prepared to flee and to fight Navigating through the waves and through the dead of night Fighters, monsters, deadly foes Would come to test their might Passing through the clashing rocks Would test their faith and wit Through siren's song so sweet and sharp So tirelessly they steered The golden Fleece, its beacon bright, Lay far in lands of dread, The biting winds, the thunder's roar, Amongst the restless dead. The dragon’s gaze, unyielding, cold, Did guard the sacred prize, But Jason’s courage, bold and true, Shine bright beneath the skies. As the gods looked down they unleash their wrath a heavy treason bound to curse the heroes as they trail away The seas turned dark, the winds grew wild, As bonds begin to break, The waves hit hard against the tide The earth itself would quake. Through storm and strife, their hearts drew weary doubts began to rise, For heroes bear the weight of fame, And truth behind the lies. With the Fleece in their hands the Argonauts have returned to taste the glory and fortunes bliss Yet triumph came with a cost and the peace they have yearned for was nowhere to be found The ship, once proud grew old with time, Its oarsmen scattered wide, And Jason, broken, lost his spark Beneath the Argo’s shattered mast, The hero met his fate, A somber end to tales of old But legends live, beyond the grave, In songs and whispers still, For Jason and his Argonauts Defied both gods and will. keep rowing on until the end of time breaking the waves and fight
