A perfect evil for man to depict

Echoing voices screaming to the night

Sages scrawling by dim candlelight

Torrential downpour of a funeral bell

Watching in silence from a black prison cell

There is no escape

Sheltered from disruption

Lying awake

Waiting for extinction

This is war

Hearken the wisdom

Retreat to a faraway shore
