Dry leaves are falling down

Blown by the wind, silently like a dream

In my mind a ghost you'll find

Lies in the darkest part, but I can feel

He's trying to make me just like him

There's no light of the Sun!

In the dark I feel my self

I'm portrait of a ghost

From a dusty broken down piano I can ear

Some kind of music like an old melody

In a photograph, right by the sea

Standing alone, just me

From the dusty curtains a ray of Moon crosses

Rag doll in the shadow, waiting for tomorrow

I will ask myself, if I am real or I am living just a dream

Can you light up your Sun?

In the dark I live, when I dim the lights I see

You'll be missing the Sun!

In the dark I feel my self

I'm portrait of a ghost

I'm living my day (I'm living my day)

Nothing to say (nothing to say)

I'm walking away

Along the trail of ghosts

I'm sleeping away (I'm sleeping away)

I'm dreaming the day, my new day

Biding my time to reach the end

Or maybe I'm just waiting

To reborn for new life to live

The ghost in the backroom, somewhere in my mind

Fading away, away from my time again

When I feel the emptines 'cause everything's lost

I paint on my canvas the portrait of a ghost
