Calling from the void (Pestilent)

Through a fetid mind (Cold essence)

Maddeningly slow (Onward)

Footsteps dragged through filth (Craven)

A visage of decay (Through the past)

Carnal and depraved (Weak and broken)

Disgust now permeates all of my weary self reflection

Corroded energies impede my labored resurrection

Withdrawn from the sublime warmth of blissful ignorance

And thrust into the blinding flames of horrid comprehension

Screaming pleas are ignored, silenced

An emptiness now still and vast

A chasm separates my visions

From the endless seas of black

A putrid form of matter stumbling through rotten hallways

A shambling oddity following the bleakest pathways

A radiance of purity now drowned in tepid sewage

A blubbering mass of defective thoughts enslaved in perpetuity

Tortured while alive

Ascension not realized

Release me from this tomb

Pour clarity into my eyes

Disciple of the savage endless

Ripped apart and sewn back whole

Stalked by predatory essence

Enshrined in chains of stench and mould

Irradiated self

Twilight’s infidel

Beleaguered and withheld

From truth’s immortal spell
