My body floats in grim meditation

(Hateful energies rise)

Rotting in anguished levitation

(Shadows dance in my eyes)

Enter! A silent chamber

(Interred in the void of my dreams)

(A past that I can’t remember)

Lurches through the corpse of my being

A fetid enlightenment

Envelops every inch of my face

A defeaning admonishment

Consumes me in inner disgrace

A bleak ocean of chaos

Black clouds harboring death

A noxious omen

Loathsome formations are summoned

Horrors born from regret

A blighted ritual

Misery

Inflicted

My weapon

Against all that stand beyond me

Suspended

In twilight

A hatred

Once hidden, now cast around me

A monolith that never dies
