Tears rained on my grave

Now six feet underground

Rotting in heaven now

I have a child, I have a love

I have seen her face on the clouds

The rains were my tears falling down

My wings were my chains holding me

Life, I’ve seen it from her eyes

I’ll have to share my blood with fire

Something hidden behind the words

My vision is dimmed, there is a mist

Behind the words, I can only see their eyes
