Scales writhe

To the sound

Relentless, fierce

Mandible grip and pierce

Corpse marionettes

Blackened lung

This nightmare coma

Venom and stung

Dark form slithers

Fanged tooth, forked tongue

Undergrowth beneath

Glimpse the needled teeth

Abandon this husk

Feed the darkness that holds you clenched

Remain here in this vulnerable wallow
