Finding our bliss
As we’re trying to trust
Learning the just
When we’re all prejudiced
One day or the other
We all end up chasing a shadow
Falling into error
Not to feel, not to feel this unrepentant hole
Black or white
Gray can’t be right
Our despise over lies
Took hold onto our lives
We’re so up close
To an infinite part of a whole
Truth can confound
And lies will let us down
We must find our way
Through the vagueness of the gray
Life’s a matter of perspective
Wars over some fictitious beliefs
And insidious mistakes
Tunnel vision, our weaknesses
As we’re folding on ourselves
Find them! Give you! Help me!
Show us perspective
Find them! Help us! Give me!
An incentive to carry on!
Our world is beyond repair
How can we fix the unfair?
And carry on!
Should our chase
Ever come to an end
It can’t be all wrong
Cause nothing can be found
On our burial ground
Truth can confound
And lies will let us down
We must find our way
Through the vagueness of the gray
Life’s a matter of perspective
