where have we gone on this night

the darkness consumes our sight

with fear rising up we must know

what's happening? our eyes are sucking up the darkness

we went back in time to save our home, but forgot one crucial obstacle

the black hole ripped our memories of the savage beast consuming all

the revelation caused panic, and the loss of reasoning

charging down into the beast, collision course in our time-ship

awakening, we should be dead, but we're still alive inside the dark

as our eyes adjust we're in the ship

have we killed the beast? we must look outside

but then in terror we realize we're about to be hit by the asteroid

as soon as it strikes the world explodes, we saw it right before our very eyes

terrified to look outside in the moment of cataclysm

but there seems to be no impact, we're still alive

where have we truly gone to?

exiting the ship we go into shock

not believing what we're seeing

are we still on the earth? or is it some other place?

the world around us lava flows, ooze in the rocks before our feet

did we travel back in time, or to some distant future?

upon impact we must have caused the ship to trigger quantum flux

time displacement now we're gone, is this really happening?
