Spill the blood and watch the fear of death in their eyes

Systematic butchery, nothing survives

Obsessed with Suffering and taking of lives

Legitimized brutality, the innocent die

Compassion has been compromised as

we become desensitized

To xploitation of the powerless

Sadistically enabling a culture of violence

Violence breeds violence in a neverending cycle of despair

Acceptable cruelty fostered by the purposefully unaware

If it can't be seen that means it isn't there

The bloodshed continues unabated

and tolerated in the name of tradition

murder as an institution is still murder

We justify the slaughter as a necessary evil

but it's just evil

Objectified as soulless and not deserving our mercy

but could it be that we're the soulless beasts?

Contempt for the defenceless and a lack of empathy

Subconsciously devalues our perception of life
