Eyes locked to its cold surface

Watching as the bodies pass by

Travelling into unknown regions

Caught in the remembrance

Poisonous longing overwhelms

There is no way to turns back

From this realm of violent ghosts

Walking down into the river

Choking in its dark embrace

With the will to live lost

Only hope left is to be erased

Sinking under, captured by the stream

Lungs filling with blessed nectar

River carrying the lifeless corpse

Through the gates of another death
