When the cloak of night is falling, darkness on the ground

My mind hears a calling, my ears save no sound,

Then I feel the danger, but I know I must be strong,

My eyes behold a stranger, no longer alone!

Where does she come from, where does she go ?

WHY Do I need her,I must know,

She's there in the distance, I hear her call,

I, show no resistance, I rise and then I fall,

Look to the dance of the crimson lady, she will bring you down,

There in the light the crimson lady never makes a sound!

SHE DANCES, ROMANCES, ENTRANCES!

And if I'm never sure where I'm going,

She stops and turns a while and shows the way,

My fear inside this darkness overflowing,

I hardly find the words I need to say:

DANCE THROUGH THE SKIES LADY FAIR!

THOUGH TO MINE EYES SHE'S NOT THERE!

And if I ever feel that I shall lose her,

She smiles, then I know,

Between what's real and dream

I know I'll choose her,

There I must go!
