When you face hardships everyday

And all you really want to do is just let go

When everything you do fails and comes crashing

Down on you keep holding on

Responsibility drives you crazy

And you want to lose control

A wise man once said 'what doesn't kill us will make us strong'

Move mountains out of your way

Reach higher everyday (We're holding)

Keep your head to the sky

No need to question why (Still holding)

The race it isn't given

To the quick nor the swift (We're holding)

But to who endures and holds on

Still holding on

So I really believed

And I was beaten down before

I got to go forward

But I keep spreading my wings

I won't stay here anymore

I have a goal

It gets further everyday

I wonder if my holding on is in vain

But I refuse to believe I should give up

I am going to hold on

I'll hold on

Move mountains out of your way

Reach higher everyday (We're holding)

Keep your head to the sky

No need to question why (Still holding)

The race it isn't given

To the quick nor the swift (We're holding)

But to who endures and holds on

Still holding on

Still holding

Move mountains out of your way

Reach higher everyday (We're holding)

Keep your head to the sky

No need to question why (Still holding)

The race it isn't given

To the quick nor the swift (We're holding)

But to who endures and holds on

Still holding on
