Daysend To Start Recording New Album
Sydney, Australia-based metallers Daysend are scheduled to leave for Victoria today (Oct. 30th) to begin recording their second album at Back Beach Studios with producer DW Norton.
"One month from now, we will have smashed out the drums, shredded the shit out of some strings and stripped the vocal chords bare, putting three years of hard work onto CD for you," the group writes on its web site. "Yes, we know it's been forever since our last release but this will be something special and worth the wait... GUARANTEED!"
Daysend earlier in the year parted ways with vocalist Simon Calabrese and replaced him with Mark McKernan (Headcage).
Daysend's debut album, 'Severance', was released in 2003 via Metal Blade.
