The auction generated £53,000 to aid the establishment of a new Haematology and Oncology Centre aimed at enhancing cancer treatment facilities. The center will feature dedicated spaces for patient care, appointments, and quiet waiting areas for patients and their families, improving the hospital environment for those undergoing cancer treatment. The winning bidder, Shane from the United States, will receive the guitar as a symbol of the fundraising success.
