System of a Down Album Pushed Back

By admin

System of a Down's new album tentatively titled "Hypnotize", appears to have had its projected release date pushed back to March 2005 from the previously announced January 18, 2005.

The new CD is the long-awaited follow-up to System of a Down's 2001 sophomore effort, "Toxicity", and its companion disc of leftover "Toxicity" tracks, 2002's "Steal This Album!" Rick Rubin is producing the new effort for his American Recordings label, with Jonny Polonsky engineering.
