Burning Witches Ignite Spring 2026 With Updated "Witches Over North America" Tour Dates
Swiss heavy metal titans Burning Witches are set to reclaim American soil this spring, bringing their high-octane "Witches Over North America" tour to a slew of major cities following previous visa-related delays.
The tour, which was originally postponed from late 2025, serves as a celebration of the band’s relentless energy and their upcoming sixth studio album, Inquisition, slated for release on August 22, 2025, via Napalm Records. The updated schedule features a mix of intimate club dates and legendary venues, spanning from the Florida coast to the Canadian provinces.
Overcoming the Odds
The road to this tour was not without its hurdles. In late 2025, the band was forced to push back their U.S. dates due to government-related visa delays. However, the quintet—led by the powerful dual-guitar attack of Romana Kalkuhl and Courtney Cox alongside the commanding vocals of Laura Guldemond—remained undeterred.
"It is with huge joy that we can finally say: the Witches are coming!" the band shared in a recent update. "We are so grateful for our fans' patience. Prepare for the burn!"
A Global Metal Celebration
Joining the Witches on select dates are special guests including Hellwitch, Faethom, and Stoneman, ensuring each night is a diverse showcase of heavy music. Fans can expect a setlist packed with new tracks from Inquisition as well as fan-favorites like "Hexenhammer" and "Burning Witches."
