Flayed to release thier new EP, "XI Million".

FLAYED have found a formula that works, and they see no reason to evolve their modus operandi, so just like their previous two efforts, "Symphony for the Flayed" from 2014 and "Monster Man" from 2015, “XI Million” was recorded in the good old way, on analogue tapes at Cartellier studio in order to capture all the energy and groove their Heavy Rock sound.
Featuring four brand new originals and a cover version of CREEDENCE CLEARWATER REVIVAL, "XI Million" displays the band's amazing knack for writing extremely catch Heavy Rock anthems, offering truckloads of heavy and infectious riffs that burrow heavily from Rock'n’Roll legends like AC/DC, BLACK SABBATH or DEEP PURPLE, yet with their own personal touch thrown into the equation.
As singer Renato Di Folco puts it: "The EP is meant to be a sort of link between our two previous albums and the next one but it's also a link between FLAYED's modern approach of Hard Rock and the path paved by its glorious ancestors with this "traditional" kind of artwork and the analog recording. It's not just a filler release to fit our yearly schedule.”
Set for release on November 4th, "XI Million" is proof that as long as bands like FLAYED are still around, Rock'n'Roll is very much alive and kicking.
