The journey through this box set is a testament to IMMORTAL's relentless pursuit of musical evolution. From the raw intensity of 'Pure Holocaust' to the grandiose compositions of 'At The Heart Of Winter', the band has continuously redefined what it means to be a titan in the black metal realm. Even after a hiatus, they returned with 'All Shall Fall', proving that their fire still burns bright, combining brutality with classic heavy metal elements.
Accompanying these monumental studio releases is 'The Seventh Date Of Blashyrkh - Live', a document of their blistering performance at Wacken Open Air in 2007, encapsulating the raw energy and monumental presence of IMMORTAL on stage. This live album serves as the perfect companion to the meticulously crafted studio sounds, showcasing the band’s prowess in a live setting.
