Ozzy Osbourne's "Scream" debuts at No. 4 on Billboard

When the Billboard charts are revealed tomorrow, Ozzy Osbourne's "Scream" will debut at #4 on the Top 200 Charts. Eminem's "Recovery" took the number 1 spot with sales in excess of 750,000 albums. Ozzy's last album, "Black Rain" sold more than 152,000 its first week.
