Did Al Jourgensen sing on a Shasta commercial in the early 80's?

Slicing Up Eyeballs readers are claiming that it is Ministry frontman Al Jourgensen singing on the 1983 vintage Shasta commercial(see below). What do you think? The vocals are similiar to those of Jourgensen on the bands "With Sympathy" album.
