HARDCORE SUPERSTAR Joins Forces with Frontiers: A New Era Begins
In a seismic shift that has the hard rock world buzzing, Swedish heavyweights HARDCORE SUPERSTAR have officially inked a deal with Frontiers Music Srl. This partnership heralds an electrifying new chapter for one of Scandinavia's most explosive rock outfits, and the excitement is palpable as they gear up to unleash their latest single, 'Halo'. Scheduled for release just days before the band kicks off the Scandinavian leg of their 'Dirty Halo' tour on October 2, this is just the beginning of what fans can expect from this revitalized alliance.
Expressing their enthusiasm, the band stated, "We're really excited to start this new chapter with Frontiers. After all these years, we're still just as hungry to make great records, play loud and push HARDCORE SUPERSTAR forward. We feel Frontiers understands where we come from, but more importantly, where we want to go next. There's a lot of new music coming, and we can't wait to get it out there." The sentiment echoes the raw energy the band is known for, a commitment to their craft that resonates deeply with their legions of devoted fans.
Aldo Lonobile, VP of global A&R at Frontiers, could barely contain his excitement: "Being a fan of the band for many years, I am particularly excited to welcome HARDCORE SUPERSTAR to Frontiers! They have built an incredible legacy, but I truly believe they still have a lot to say and many more chapters to write. We're thrilled to be the right partner for their next steps and support their vision as they enter this new chapter." This partnership marks a significant milestone in the band's storied career, which has been characterized by relentless touring and a sound that fuses hard rock, sleaze, and street-metal attitude.
'Halo' is described as a fierce anthem that encapsulates the band's signature sound: raw, loud, and unapologetic. The track dives headfirst into the tumultuous realm of chaos and redemption, exploring the contradictions between seeking grace and embracing one’s darker impulses. The band elaborates, "'Halo' is an anthem for people faking their prayers in the hope of securing a little grace under their 'Dirty Halo'. It's about that distorted line that lies somewhere between praying for redemption and embracing the chaos — the sins, mistakes, and bad decisions you can't take back."
As the band prepares for their highly anticipated 'Dirty Halo' tour, which spans 20 dates across Sweden and Finland starting October 2 in Malmö, their excitement is palpable. "We are excited to be back on the road for this long-awaited tour. We love the chaos, the crowds, the late nights, and the connection with the fans. This tour is going to be something special," they declared, hinting at the explosive performances that await. Furthermore, the band is hard at work in the studio crafting the follow-up to their acclaimed 'Abrakadabra' album, which will feature new drummer Efraim Larsson, adding fresh dynamism to their already potent lineup.
With a formidable international reputation built on a relentless touring schedule and a catalogue of hard rock anthems, HARDCORE SUPERSTAR continues to reach new heights. Their music has found a place in the cultural zeitgeist, with tracks featured in HBO Max's 'Peacemaker', proving their ability to resonate beyond the confines of the concert stage. As they prepare to unleash 'Halo' and embark on their 'Dirty Halo' tour, this partnership with Frontiers Music Srl signals not just a new era for HARDCORE SUPERSTAR, but a thrilling resurgence for hard rock itself.
