Eternal Lord loses drummer, cancels tour

Eternal Lord drummer Stuart McKay quit the band, forcing them to cancel their June tour dates. The group had this to say:

"A couple days ago Stu decided to quit Eternal Lord leaving us in the lurch for all the upcoming shows and U.S Tour. We are sorry but we are gonna have to cancel a lot of shows and the US tour we have coming up as a result of this. We know this is letting a lot of people that have worked hard for EL and our supporting fans down but this situation is out of our control. We tried to find someone to fill in but failed.

"We have selected a couple drummers to audition with us as over this coming weekend. We will keep you all posted with our progress and decisions on our 5th member!

"Don't let this dishearten anyone! We will be hitting up a town near you soon and we'll be spending the time we have at home writing for a new CD for you guys and dolls to rock out to.

"Stu had personal reasons for quitting the band and no real explanation. He didn't want to make a statement himself but on behalf of the rest of us we are sorry to anyone we've let down."
