Tommy Lee Quits Motley Crue

According to recent court papers filed by Motley Crue's attorney's, Tommy Lee has quit Motley Crue. The court filings obtained by TMZ.com state "Lee recently informed Sixx and Mars, the shareholders of MCI, that he was resigning from the band and his resignation was accepted."

Motley Crue is sueing Tommy Lee's manager for bad business deals that harmed both the band and Tommy Lee's career.
