Interview
Describe the band and its sound.
Intense to say the least. My music gets pretty fast and pretty technical.
How did the band come to exist?
I started with a group of guys, but I slowly realized that I was the only one really practicing. I love my craft. I make it perfect. I Got myself a drum machine and took it from there.
What was the most interesting band you have toured/performed with and why?
Death Immortal: Those guys really kick some serious fucking ass. The show they put on is really one in a million.
Do you feel being a solo artist will hold you back in any way?
No, if anything it is free-ing. I don't have to ask other members opinions on songs, I don't have to worry about lots of equipment; its a lot easier to tour. On top of that, all the money I make goes right to me. Shirts, Albums Etc etc etc. I don't have to split it in anyway. What ever I say goes and to me its so much easier making music. I really don't hit any brick walls.
What should a prospective label know about you before signing you?
Any Label should know that I'm not planning on having in other members in my "band". So if they sign me, don't expect that shit to happen.
When can we expect the new album?
I want to say early spring, my dad died winter of 2010 (January). Spring is gonna be a time of rebirth. Its the one year after my fathers death and Im going to take the world by storm.
What can fans expect from the band in the future?
Music videos, shirts and tours. Now is the time to prepare for the brutality!
What would you say is your biggest mental illness?
Being Vain. Vanity is going to kill me one day. Its a deadly sin that I embrace.
If you have to die a true "rock n roll" death of your choosing ..... what would it be?
Honestly, its not that heavy but I like the way Johnny Cash went out. Released one last song that really really meant something to him, and left it to the world. |
