Blood Shot Eye Bio

Blood Shot Eye   Band Members

Nadav Peled - Drums
Yarden Meditchi - Guitars
Shahar Kedem - Bass
Shlomi Yakin - Guitars , Vocals

Subgenres:

Founded in 1999 after a merge of two groups.

the first group was a band named "Radical", and it had four members :
1. shlomi yakin - vocals, guitars
2. shahar kedem - drums
3. eli yarom - gitars
4. oren azuz - bass guitar

the second group had no name and it had three members :
1. yarden meditchi - guitars
2. nadav peled -drums
3. idan babay - guitars

At November 1998 "Radical" was disbanded due to joining of the
members to the army.

Later on shlomi yakin & shahar kedem - former "radical" members, started
jamming with Nadav Peled & Yarden Meditchi - two members of the second
group, when Shahar played bass.
After a while it was decided to form a band under the name
"Blood Shot Eye".

The band started writing original material and the first gig took place in
"Why? Milk!" Jerusalem - June 2000.

Two months later the band played at the "ISRAEL METAL FESTIVAL"
which was a great success.

At September 2000 the band entered for the first time to a recording studio and
recorded "Arabian syndrome".
The song was recorded live and direct.

October 2000 - the band performed live at the "underground" club in Jerusalem.

Again, due to the army service, it was quite hard to keep on performing, so it was decided that the band would continue writing new songs and recording them.

At March 2001 the band entered for the second time to record.
The song "Cross Of The Damned" was recorded at "Studio one" in Jerusalem.

At july 2001 the band recorded three songs:
1. God's lie
2. In vain
3. Missbelieve

The songs were recorded independently by Blood Shot Eye at "The Almighty Shelter" with low funding.
