Well, on the short words...
Almost 6 years have passed since Azizan and
Halim formed a band called TUMULUS back in
1993...

Later, this band owned by Halim himself and
did a lot of changed to be his own band,
PURNAMWULAN...

After this exchanged, PURNAMWULAN had did a
piece of demonstration tape, got a record-deal,
did some gigs, undergone with unsolved
members-problems, at last only Sanghyang Wulan
still loyal in the band since the beginning...

A lot of things happened after the change
included musically and lyrically... From
being an extreme black/death metal to Java
Celestial/Art of Musick inner-expression/
Ethos Metal...

And now finally ended up as PURNAMWULAN
today with a new dawn of Easternian Metal scene...


THE HISTORICAL EPIC....

...from the other side of the most esoteric culture...
the culture of Celestial Java...
and the legend remains again...
somewhere anno '93...
born PURNAMWULAN from the ashes of TUMULUS...
so cruel... so weakening...
as the battles rose from Barata Yudha...
the Kingdom of Suralaya...
the land of Singahsari...
the knights held their swords high...
blessed by the Supreme Batara Guru...
the first graceful knights are...

SANGHYANG WULAN...
BAGAWAN MINTARAGA...
BATARA ENDRA SAKTI...
ARJUNA WIWAHA.........

their struggle... their fight...
their hatred unto weakness and
feeblest souls out-there...
the battles are neverending towards the victories...
war against ruins souls now started...
PURNAMWULAN reign has just begun...
and the first victory is....
THE FULLMOON OVER THE KLIWON...
as a bird flewn away with its broken wing...
the eclipse calls...
unfortunately...
Batara Endra Sakti KILLED in action after
a first field of the battle...
he DIED in the journey through the
awaiting victories... but... their
swords never sighing... and still hungry
for a fresh blood...
therefore the DEATH of Batara Endra Sakti,
the forces were uncompleted....
by recruiting a twisted knights namely
Patih Kamajaya and Hyang Pramesti Yamadipati
made the first knights prolong their faith...
when the weapons in their arms...
they resume for the forthcoming battles...
as the lost jewel...
shortly and again PURNAMWULAN deserve the faith...
after a long time PURNAMWULAN bathing in blood...
suddenly... PURNAMWULAN lossing their beloved
warrior... by a pitiful words and unwilling hearts...
PURNAMWULAN give a free constraint
to our magickal warrior namely Bagawan Mintaraga...
sadly, he was disappeared in the journey
of the battles awaits... he was vanished
in everything's... but...
PURNAMWULAN's journey ain't over yet...
but another black clouds surrounding again...
PURNAMWULAN won't breeding a coward warriors,
the feeblest candle-hearted was vanished in the battle
towards PURNAMWULAN long journey...
PURNAMWULAN battle is etenal, so PURNAMWULAN
decide to leave two of their warriors namely
ARJUNA WIWAHA and PATIH KAMAJAYA...
Soon, only both of SANGHYANG WULAN and
HYANG PRAMESTI YAMADIPATI still loyal
with their swords...
but... the rain was stop...
PURNAMWULAN new dawn of glorious victory
shall in their hands...
PURNAMWULAN deserve another changes with
two of new warriors that willingly hold
up PURNAMWULAN's swords... they called
as RESI DURSUSANA and ARJNA KARMA...
hopefulness... they'll be etenal bestowed
of loyalty....
with four steel-hearted knights...
again... PURNAMWULAN ride the journey
under the black clouds within... after the loss...
the fourth knights resume to unsheathing
their swords again towards the upcoming battles...
by the third generation of
stout-hearted knights namely...

SANGHYANG WULAN...
RESI DURSUSANA...
ARJUNA KARMA and
HYANG PRAMESTI YAMADIPATI...

and together they will be eternally
soaring their banner of victories...
and the journey is so long...
in the name of the fullmoon...
the knights gathered in the Kliwon's nightbeams...
the night fulfilled with revenge and hate of Sombrong...
behold, Sombrong wilt live in Jungringsakalaka...
