Some friends start Drugs Of Faith in 2002, originating from an idea to start a punk band, and of course write songs for their first demo. Over time, as many bands do, they record for two 7" EPs which as it turns out are never released, but which result in a compilation spot and two more demos. Reviews for all of these releases are positive across the board and highlight differing aspects of the Drugs Of Faith sound, depending on the reviewer.

Drugs Of Faith constructs its lineups by bringing in friends and former band mates of its members' old groups, or from recommendations from other pals, and the same is true of the current power trio, having been in place since 2005, which, as all bands say, must be the best one yet! Preparing for the release of its first mini album, the three are utilizing what they are bringing musically to the band to create new compositions. They continue to play local and out of town gigs as they have been doing since 2002.
