OSI is a project with band aspirations involving Jim Matheos and Kevin Moore.
InsideOut Music released its first album Office of Strategic Influence in 2003.
It will release its second album Free on April 21, 2006.
OSI plays well with others, including Mike Portnoy on both albums, Sean Malone and
Steve Wilson on the debut, and Joey Vera on the new one.
