Are you a Trivium fan, and can you play guitar and get yourself to Birmingham this coming Thursday (9th March)??
If so... read on.
We are running a competition in conjunction with Kerrang!... We are looking for one person to get up and play with Trivium on stage at the Birmingham show on Thursday night.
Here are the rules:
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PLAY GUITAR (you will be on stage with the guys that night playing some or all of Master Of Puppets, Seek And Destroy, or The Trooper. If you can't play, you'll look a RIGHT idiot!!). You'll be joining the band to play part of a covers medley mid-set.
YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE ALL DAY ON THURSDAY FROM LUNCHTIME IN BIRMINGHAM (you will meet the band and do part of the sound check with them to practice & you will be photographed and interviewed!)
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO GET BIRMINGHAM WITH YOUR GUITAR
IT IS NOT COMPULSORY TO HAVE A TICKET FOR THE SHOW ALREADY (please tell me if you don't though)
If you meet all the above criteria, then you must email us ASAP (rrguest@roadrunnerrecords.co.uk) with an email entitled SHRED WITH TRIVIUM confirming your full name, your age, where you are traveling from and that you fulfill all of the above (include details of how you will be getting to Birmingham, what time you can get there and how long you have been playing, what of those 3 songs you can play etc). Also include a phone number to contact you on! MAKE SURE YOU INCLUDE ALL THIS INFO.
DO NOT EMAIL UNLESS YOU ARE 100% SURE YOU CAN DO THIS.
This is a great opportunity if you love Trivium and can play guitar, so have a think about it and get emailing!
